SANLAND to Showcase New Optical and RF Solutions at CIOE 2026

SANLAND will participate in CIOE 2026 – the 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition, taking place from September 9–11, 2026 in Shenzhen, China. We welcome visitors to meet us at Booth 11A36.

 

This year, SANLAND will present a range of new products for optical and RF communications, covering precision fiber optic components, remotely controlled RF over Fiber, and broadband RF amplifiers. The latest developments reflect SANLAND’s continued work in high-speed optical interconnects, precision optical packaging, broadband analog RF transmission over fiber, and RF signal-chain technologies.

 

Precision Fiber Optic Components for High-Speed Interconnects and Optical Packaging

 

As high-speed optical modules, silicon photonics, CPO and OCS continue to evolve, the requirements for fiber alignment, polarization stability, beam collimation and precision packaging are becoming increasingly demanding. To address these applications, SANLAND has expanded its precision fiber optic component portfolio with PM-MT FAU, Collimator Fiber Tips and Optical Fiber Capillaries.

 

PM-MT FAU

SANLAND PM-MT FAU polarization-maintaining fiber array for CPO, silicon photonics and coherent optics

The PM-MT FAU is designed for coherent optical modules, silicon photonics integration, co-packaged optics (CPO) and high-speed optical communication systems. It enables high-precision alignment and coupling of multiple polarization-maintaining fibers while maintaining stable optical polarization.

 

Available in 4-, 8- and 12-channel configurations, the PM-MT FAU features an extinction ratio of ≥20 dB, insertion loss of ≤0.3 dB, and operating wavelengths of 1310 nm / 1550 nm. It is designed to meet the polarization stability and low-loss coupling requirements of high-speed platforms including 800G and 1.6T systems.

 

Collimator Fiber Tips

SANLAND Collimator Fiber Tips for low-loss optical collimation in OCS and high-speed optical interconnects

Collimator Fiber Tips are precision optical components used to convert divergent light into a stable collimated beam. They are suitable for optical modules, OCS, optical switches, circulators, data-center interconnects and other optical coupling systems.

 

The products operate across 1250–1650 nm, with insertion loss of ≤0.3 dB, beam divergence of ≤0.3°, optical power handling of ≥2 W, and an effective collimation distance of up to 120 mm, with customization available for different applications.

 

Optical Fiber Capillaries

SANLAND Optical Fiber Capillaries for precision fiber alignment and optical packaging

Optical Fiber Capillaries provide precise fiber positioning and alignment for collimators, isolators, optical switches, filters, high-speed optical modules and other photonic components.

 

Outer diameters range from φ0.8 to 1.8 mm, with custom lengths and special geometries available. Inner-hole tolerance can reach ±0.2 μm, while concentricity is ≤0.02 mm, with Grade-P products achieving ≤0.01 mm. These precision manufacturing capabilities help improve alignment consistency and stability in demanding optical packaging applications.

 

RFoF-C: 6 GHz RF over Fiber with Remote Control

SANLAND RFoF-C 6 GHz RF-over-Fiber module with RJ45 Ethernet remote control

SANLAND’s RFoF-C combines broadband analog RF transmission over fiber with remote monitoring and control, supporting RF signals up to 6 GHz.

 

The system consists of Tx and Rx modules that convert analog RF signals to optical signals for long-distance transmission over single-mode fiber, and then convert them back to RF at the receiving end. An integrated microcontroller and RJ45 Ethernet interface enable remote PC-based control of the system.

 

Beyond RF signal transport, RFoF-C provides remote functions including gain adjustment, RF level monitoring and temperature monitoring. This allows operators to check system status and adjust key parameters without direct access to the RFoF modules, improving flexibility for distributed installations and ongoing system maintenance.

 

With a frequency range of 5 MHz to 6 GHz and 50-ohm RF interfaces, RFoF-C is suited for remote antenna communications, satellite communications, broadcast, distributed antenna systems and other applications requiring broadband analog RF transmission over fiber.

 

New Broadband RF Amplifiers up to 1.8 GHz

SANLAND broadband RF amplifier products up to 1.8 GHz for communication and RF signal-chain applications

SANLAND has also expanded its RF amplifier portfolio with new broadband products covering applications up to 1.8 GHz, providing more options for communication equipment and broadband RF signal-chain designs.

 

The new products offer different combinations of gain, linearity, noise performance and output capability to address a range of RF amplification requirements, including signal reception, gain compensation, driving and general RF signal conditioning.

 

By continuing to expand its broadband RF product portfolio, SANLAND aims to provide greater design flexibility for communication systems while strengthening its product coverage from individual RF components to complete RF over Fiber solutions.
